                      IDENTITY CARDS

All members will be issued with an identity card please keep it safe, it is for your benefit in case of an accident. If you lose your card and need another one made it will cost £5 to cover expenses.

Our new Health and Safety procedures require you to carry this card on your person every time you join the EABH whether you are on foot, in a car or on horse back.

If you are on horse back you will be asked to show your card at every meet, if you do not carry it you will not be able to participate with the hunt. There will be no exceptions.

This is for everyone’s safety, in the event of an injury the person can be treated quickly and appropriately.

New People and non members

All new customers will on their first day need to fill in an ID form, (ask Dora, Pip or Ann) this will last 2 days only. New members will receive an ID card in the post ASAP. People who wish to hunt more than once in a season but not become a member will need to pay £5 for the card.

As you can understand it takes time and money for people to keep filling out temporary forms so we will not be encouraging this, we hope most people will become a member or they do have the choice to pay £5 for the card.

If you do forget to bring your card with you don’t panic we will have a list of all ID card holders and you can fill out a temporary ID form for the day.

We look forward to seeing you this coming season and hope you have great time with us.
